Bodkewadi is a fast-growing area, especially for those looking to invest near the Hinjewadi IT corridor. The rapid development of infrastructure in Maan village makes this an excellent spot for long-term land investment and future residential projects.

Staying in Bodkewadi gives you a refreshing break from the city noise. The lush green surroundings and open fields are perfect for evening walks or cycling. It’s an ideal location for those who want a home surrounded by nature while still being connected to the city.

This is a well developing area with Butterfly Trampoline Park near. Hospitals, like Symbiosis Hospitals with all facilities are available here. Good road quality and connectivity with many market places. Grocery stores and shopping malls are also avaliable in this area.

Living in Bodkewadi is a game-changer for my career at Hinjewadi IT Park Phase 3. Being just off the Maan-Hinjewadi Road, I’ve traded long traffic jams for a quick 10-minute commute. It’s the most practical location for anyone working in the western tech cluster who wants more time for themselves and less time on the road.

We chose this area because it’s becoming very family-oriented. My children attend Alard Public School nearby, which is a huge relief for our morning schedule. For any medical needs, Lifepoint Multispecialty Hospital is easily accessible. We really enjoy our evenings at the Maan Gram Panchayat Garden; it’s a nice spot for the kids to play and for us to relax.

Bodkewadi is incredibly useful for tenants who want to be close to work without the high prices of the main city. With local grocery stores and daily essential shops popping up everywhere, running errands is becoming effortless. The availability of new, modern gated societies with good amenities makes it an ideal choice for young professionals seeking comfort and convenience.

Bodkewadi is a high-potential growth corridor driven entirely by the expansion of Hinjewadi Phase 3. The constant influx of IT professionals ensures an exceptionally high rental demand and near-zero vacancy rates. For an investor, this area offers a prime opportunity to enter a market that is poised for significant capital appreciation over the next few years.

i love the fresh air and the view of the hills but theres no malls or cafes around. the closest is the phoenix mall of millenium..

The peace and quiet of Bodkewadi are great after a long day at work.

If the road and drainage works are delayed, the growth might stagnate...long term potential is positive given its proximity to Hinjewadi

Most neighbors are locals or fellow IT workers looking to save money. If you can handle the dust from ongoing construction and the lack of a nightlife..this can be a good option

If you don't have your own bike or car, getting around is tough because public transport is almost non existent

Rent is quite reasonable here compared to Hinjewadi Phase 1, making it a good budget option. The major daily pain is the erratic water supply, so buying water cans is a regular thing.

The area is decently quiet and away from the main city rush. Getting daily groceries or vegetables is easy with local shops nearby, but the internal roads are absolutely filled with potholes.

Basic schools are within easy reach and the internal residential lanes feel safe during daytime. However, the lack of a proper open park or play area means there is nowhere to walk safely.

My travel to the Hinjewadi IT park is barely 15 minutes on a bike, which is great. The absolute nightmare is the massive evening bottleneck at the Bhumkar Chowk junction.

It is a decent place to live with a calm vibe. Major hospitals like Lifepoint are just a short drive away, though the open garbage dumping on corner plots spoils the environment.

Walking on the main stretch is highly risky because there are zero proper footpaths. Vehicles speed past recklessly, and the streetlights in the inner lanes stop working very often at night.

Coming here by car is a bad idea because parking anywhere on the street is a mess. The lanes are very narrow and usually choked with randomly parked bikes and delivery vans.

Rental demand is consistently solid because IT professionals keep looking for budget flats near the tech parks. Property rates are still decent, offering good rental yield and steady appreciation.

You get very cheap PG options and pocket-friendly food messes around the area. It is a good place for students, just the internet connectivity fluctuates a lot inside some lanes.

The drainage system here is a complete failure and overflows onto the path during heavy rains. It creates a dirty sludge right outside the shops, which drives away daily customers.

Renting in Bodkewadi is very peaceful and affordable. Local transport buses and auto-rickshaws are easy to catch on the main road. Getting around late at night gets tricky though, as streetlights in internal lanes are quite dim.

Basic grocery shops and vegetable vendors are right within the area, so daily needs are sorted. Water pressure gets low during summer mornings, and traffic near the main junction slows down during peak evening hours...

Local schools and small clinics are nearby, which makes daily family routine simple. Internal roads are fairly quiet, but two-wheelers drive too fast near narrow corners, so crossing requires extra caution with kids.

Commuting to nearby commercial hubs is smooth via the main connecting roads. Shared autos are available easily during rush hours. Power cuts happen occasionally in peak summer, but overall living here is quite manageable.

Garbage collection is fairly regular, but open vacant plots still get littered occasionally. The area has grown busier over time, but it remains a friendly and generally safe residential pocket for daily life.

Morning walks in the quieter residential lanes before 8 AM are pleasant. Main road footpaths are mostly missing or uneven though, making evening strolls a bit difficult due to heavy bike traffic.

Driving a car into Bodkewadi internal roads can be tricky due to narrow stretches and vehicles parked on roadside. Best to park along the wider main road and walk inside.

Affordable land and home prices attract steady rental demand from working professionals and small families. Limited wide access roads keep property appreciation steady rather than fast, but rental returns are reliable.

Room rents and PG charges around Bodkewadi are very light on the wallet. E-rickshaws and local transport connect easily to main routes. Budget food stalls nearby cover basic daily food needs quite well.
