For a student like me, Laxmi Nagar is perfect. My coaching centre is a 5-minute walk. Laxmi Nagar metro station on the Blue Line is right there. The area is buzzing 24/7, and you can get affordable, tasty food like parathas and chole bhature.

This area is only good for getting rent. Many students live here, so my flat is never empty. I get good rent every month. But the price of the property itself will not go up much.

I have lived here my whole life. The market, the temple, everything is a short walk away.

The lanes are so narrow that even walking is a challenge, let alone driving a car. It’s chaotic and congested. It's a hub for bachelors and students, not for families seeking peace.

Laxmi Nagar is the best place for coaching but the lanes are so narrow and packed. Finding a budget room is easy, and cheap food joints are everywhere around the V3S mall lane.

Metro access is excellent from Laxmi Nagar station, making my travel to Noida very easy. But walking on the main road during evening rush hour is impossible because of massive crowds.

Rents are very cheap here but the houses are cramped. Getting basic groceries is simple since shops are right outside, but the constant noise from the streets is a permanent headache.

Loading and unloading goods on Mangal Bazar road is a nightmare because of the heavy traffic. There is zero parking space for customers, so business gets hit during peak hours.

Walking inside the internal lanes is very risky because bikes zip past blindly. Footpaths are completely broken or taken over by local shop vendors, plus the garbage dumps smell terrible...

All kinds of clinics, pharmacies, and book shops are within 2 minutes of walking distance. The area is always busy so safety is not an issue, but there are absolutely no open parks around.

Water quality is a major problem here, it often comes dirty and smelly in the mornings. We have to use water purifiers constantly, and municipal supply timings are very erratic.

I always take the metro when coming here because bringing a car is complete madness. There is absolutely no space to park anywhere in the lanes and autos overcharge a lot.

Rental income is always guaranteed because thousands of students come here to study every month. Every small room gets filled instantly, making it a very high-yield residential market.

Everything you need for daily life is available right outside the door. Metro is close and markets are great, though the drainage overflows badly even after a quick 10-minute summer rain.
