This area is a low-risk, medium-reward zone. It won't make you rich overnight, but it also won’t disappoint if you’re patient.

I chose this area because of its connectivity. It’s well-linked to central Delhi, but the air quality dips badly during winter.

Rent is fair for what you get. The only issue I face is with parking and most lanes are narrow and already packed with vehicles.

Living here is easy if you work in East Delhi or Noida. But the roads could use better maintenance, especially after rains.
