I bought a flat in Mandawali five years ago, and the value has steadily appreciated. The metro connectivity and infrastructure development are encouraging from an investment point of view.

Being an owner here means dealing with traffic, noise, and parking issues. But the local shops and schools nearby are a big advantage.

Visited my cousin in Mandawali last month. I was surprised by the hustle and bustle — convenient but too crowded for my taste.

Living here as a tenant is convenient for my commute. The area isn’t posh, but I get value for money and safety.

My landlord is cooperative, and the flat is decent. Still, power cuts and poor drainage during rains make me think twice about renewing.
