Block 57 is pretty famous for Ajmal Khan Park..i love that metro is close so i dont have to spend bucks on travel..but rent is bit high for the place.

Lot of redevelopment heappening as old buildings are turning into 4storey builder floors..it gets noisy during festivals also..

the struggle is the dust because of the constant construction and heavy footfall in Karol Bagh. I usually head to the nearby the ajmel park when I need some open space to breathe.

Famous for Karol Bagh market..its huge and very vibrant..but gets crowded on the weekends..even on weekdays the footfall is pretty high..

i'd say focus on properties near the main Rani Jhansi Road as they command a higher premium for both rent and resale.

Staying here is quite easy because all the daily groceries and cheap food joints are just downstairs. The main market area is a short walk away. Rent is around 22k for a decent floor which is fine for Karol Bagh.

Traveling out for work every morning is a bit painful due to the main road traffic. Autos at the corner stand charge 40 rupees just to drop at the Karol Bagh metro station. The lane gets very choked by 9 AM.

Walking around the block in the evening is impossible now because cars are parked everywhere on both sides of the narrow streets. There is no space on the roads and the constant honking gives a bad headache... very noisy.

This area is great for coaching students since everything is close by. I get cheap tiffin services right at the doorstep and the local shops have cheap printout places. Metro is also nearby to travel anywhere easily.

Water comes for 2 hours every morning and evening which is enough if you have a tank. The inner streets of Block 57 are mostly clean because the civic workers come regularly. It feels safe enough for night walks.

Customers find it very hard to reach the shops here because of the absolute mess on the roads. The drains get blocked every time it rains and water fills up the street in minutes. Delivery vans get stuck for hours.

Finding a parking spot for a car is tough but coming on a bike is sorted. The street food options around the main market area are amazing but the crowds get way too much on weekends.

Properties here fetch good rent like 25k to 30k easily from students and executives. But the lanes are very narrow and the old wiring hanging outside looks bad. It is a decent option only for rental income.

Parks around this side are kept clean and open on time, so there is space to sit in the mornings. Good schools are within 1 or 2 kilometers. The streets are well lit at night which makes it safe.

The garbage dumping at the corner of the main lane is getting worse every week. The smell spreads to the houses nearby and nobody clears it on time. Living here is becoming very difficult because of the filth...
