There are a lot of transportation options such as trains, buses, etc. But if you’re not used to crowds, it can be overwhelming.

Though I don't stay there anymore but I have grown up here and everything here so nearby. Now, I have rented out the house.

We’ve stayed here for decades and it’s a very good area. The only issue here is civic issues take a lot of time to get fixed.

If you’re investing here, expect to navigate complex paperwork and tenancy agreements.

Commercial demand is strong here for small-scale traders. I am aware of this becuase I have rented out a few shops myself.
