It's a whole different vibe to live here. Buying a house is still a dream. I am renting a small 1 BHK near marine drive. it's very expensive compared to other south Bombay. but the access to nearby facilities is very convenient. I mostly walk to cafes and coffee places. Blue Tokai is my fav spot

It's a posh locality and owning and maintaining properties here is a herculean task in my opinion. If you want peace, this may not be the best area to live in. It's mostly commercial and always stays crowded and noisy. There are daily utilities available but the calm residential vibe is missing

I like the stability of a central-business location and the easy resale potential too but stamp duty and property taxes are expensive and also means entry points are steep

Perfect for those wanting a balance between living close to work and other social fun. residential apartments are limited to its hard to find a good and spacious one. also, the downside is that it's always heavily congested with traffic. there's also no direct metro so that's a downer
