I have been living in Matunga West for almost a year, and I absolutely love the location! The area is well-connected by the local train and metro. The market area is full of life, with plenty of food options.

Rental demand is strong due to the central location. However, the area can get congested, especially around the station, and parking is limited. I think this will be a steady, long-term investment, but for rapid appreciation, I’m not so sure.

Matunga West is safe, with parks, gyms, and shopping centres nearby. The market area can be crowded. Everything is within walking distance,

The area is busy. There are lots of cafes and shops around. Transport options include train, metro and bus, it makes commuting a breeze. The downside is that the streets can get a little crowded and noisy, especially during weekends

I think the area has become a bit too crowded. The market, which was once a nice place to shop, now feels too busy and noisy. The connectivity is still excellent, and I’m able to get to most places quickly. The roads need improvement.
