I moved here around six months back. I found that the autos are frequent and buses also come on time but metro is a bit far. Streets get busy during peak hours, but inside lanes are calmer and so is the area.

My focus was infrastructure quality and road connectivity. Wider stretches towards the highway and Kompally side are strong points. Some internal roads need upkeep, especially post-monsoon.

The roads here are fairly smooth, though evening traffic can test patience near junctions. I like that gyms and a couple of crossfit studios are within 10–15 minutes. But they need to work on ythe street light in the inner lanes.

I’ve been renting out my flat for 4 years and the tenant demand is steady, particularly from IT and sales folks. The main road gets busy at peak time, but access to groceries and pharmacies is excellent. If the municipality keeps up with drainage and road patchwork, the area will only improve further.
