I grew up here and love the comfort. It's safe, good for families and professionals, great hospitals and cafes nearby. Road connectivity is also good.

The area in general is good but rent has recently been hiked by all the landlords and the water supply is a regular issue here. Not consistent and low pressure. Good thing is the metro connectivity.

The area is quiet populated and well-surrounded by business parks and commercial spots. This is what makes the rental yoeld strong here. The problem could be the lack of modern buildings and apartments. There have been frequent seepage issues and malfunctioning lifts

This is close to my office so commuting is easy for me. I usually walk to take an auto. Traffc isn't bad if you leave early. The rent is a bit higher so that's one problem for me

Good area with family-friendly vibe. Safe and secure due to stretlights and Secunderabad police station.
