It's a nice area to live in for families. The parks in this area is lovely for walks. But the area has limited transportation facilities. Metro is far and I usually avoid buses as they're too crowded.

It's a well-developed locality and has schools and malls nearby. Buses and autos are also accessible easily. I personally like the security and peaceful environment.

Everything is fine about the area, except the roads. They are very narrow and sometimes getting parking space is difficult

It's one of the famous areas in Pune. I had visited once and liked the presence of cafes and eateries here. Roads are good and it is surrounded by plenty of markets.

Rental properties are budget-friendly here but limited options, so finding a good flat was tough at first. The area has good civic amenities. Metro is a bit far, like 7 kms away but everything else is good.

Atul Nagar, Warje is a peaceful residential area with good connectivity, affordable rents, and easy access to shops, schools, and public transport.
