Shanthi Colony is nearby for quick eating-out plans, but Arumbakkam itself has great tiffin spots. The idlis here hit differently in the morning!

One thing I admire is how community events still bring people together here. Navaratri, Pongal you name it the whole street pitches in.

I moved here for work and ended up liking the calmness. It’s less flashy but very livable.

We’ve lived here for over 15 years and seen so many changes. But thankfully, it’s retained that “everyone knows everyone” feel.

CMBT proximity makes it super easy when relatives visit or when we travel. Honestly, location-wise it’s unbeatable.
