The neighbourhood is calm and safe. There are some good schools and hospitals, and plenty of greenery. There is a small local market where I get most of my groceries. It is a great place for families.`

Have been renting in APHB Colony for 6 months now. The rent is much lower. It is close to HITECH City. The metro station is a 15-minute drive away. It is a quiet residential area. The only downside is that parking can be tricky during the day as the streets are narrow.

Bought a flat here last year. The locality is mainly residential, and I believe it has a lot of potential for appreciation. The roads are narrow and in some areas they arein poor condition.

Have been renting out my property here for the last 4 years. It’s always easy to find tenants, especially young professionals working in the IT sector. The area is peaceful. Most tenants prefer the quiet lifestyle here.

Moved to APHB Colony because of the lower rent and the peaceful surroundings. It is a residential area with a lot of open space and greenery. Commuting is not a problem. During peak hours, the traffic can be a little hassle.
