I moved here with my family last year, and I love how peaceful it is compared to the main Anna Nagar. The metro station at Thirumangalam makes my commute super easy. Some inner roads need improvment because waterlogging is still an issue

Some parts near Nolambur are still developing and need better street lighting, but overall the locality is very livable and peaceful

I love the connectivity this area gives. The metro and bus stops are a major plus. However, traffic around Koyambedu and Mogappair during peak hours can be frustrating at times.

It’s not as pricey as Anna Nagar proper, but offers almost the same benefits. Still some areas have underdeveloped plots, which offer scope for future construction. I expect another price jump once more schools and hospitals come in

Came here to check out an apartment for my sister. The surroundings looked clean and well-kept. Good cafés, decent shopping, and no chaos like T. Nagar where I live.
