Visited a friend here just two weeks back. Roads were clean, and there were many trees. There are many cafes nearby offering good food at really affordable prices. I felt very safe walking here.

We are living here for almost 2 years now and like the area mainly because schools, clinics, and transport options are nearby. Good supply of water and electricity allows us to live without any stress. Roads do get congested but that's okay.

Yella Reddy Guda has steady rental demand from working professionals and students so my 2 BHK gives me good monthly rental income. The locality is good but parking is an issue here.

I rented a 1 BHK here mainly because of its location. The area is close to metro, supermarkets, and hospitals so I can get goods and services without travelling far. It is quieter than surrounding areas like SR Nagar and has good electricity and water supply.
