The area is safe for families and offers great connectivity to major IT hubs in Banjara Hills. There are many local supermarkets here along with some trendy cafes to chill during weekend. I love the area.

Investing in Langar Houz has given me good returns. Over the last three years, the property values have risen by 7% and the rental yield is strong too. A lot of new projects have come up and the area is surrounded by good social infrastructure as well

It's a calm and peaceful area. Not very vibrant or socially active for young professionals. There is a lack of high-end shopping malls or cafes nearby which leaves it with no entertainment spots during weekends.

I have rented my residential flat here to a few bachelors and the demand is good. The area is safe too and tenants are also reliable. The occassional power cuts have been a concern though.

I have been living here for the past seven years, and the area has improved so much in terms of physical infrastructure. The roads are well built and connected via highways to different areas in Hyderabad. A lot of schools and hospitals have been built. The rental demand is good as well.
