Its on Ahilyanagar road in Maharashtra. Always you will see traffic jams in the Wagholi circle. There are dental colleges & engineering colleges nearby.

Being a homeowner here, I see Wagholi becoming the next big residential zone. Schools, clinics, and shopping options have improved drastically.

Being a tenant here, I enjoy the open spaces and newer buildings. However, water supply issues still pop up during peak summer.

As an investor, I’m happy with the price-to-rent ratio in Wagholi. Maintenance is low, and tenant turnover is manageable.

Wagholi rent is pretty cheap, paying like 14k for nice place. But damn... traffic near Waghswar Chowk is absolute daily nightmare. Takes 45 mins just to cross 2 km during rush hour... autos also charge crazy money RN.

Daily drive to Kharadi IT park is total pain from here... road work and big trucks everywhere. Dust levels super high TBH. But hey, at least rents are low and basic shops are open late night... somehow managing...

Water supply is biggest headache here... no municipal connection so total tanker dependence. Costs extra 4k every month just for water. Plus main Nagar Road stays jammed till late night... frustrated with this daily hassle.

Staying in PG near Lexicon institute. Place is cheap and food mess nearby is okayish... but streetlights don't work in side lanes at night. Feels unsafe to walk after 9 PM... need bike or auto for everything.

Wagholi has everything nearby now... D Mart, hospitals, local markets for veggies. Daily stuff is sorted completely. But traffic on highway and endless dust... ugh... driving bike is nightmare in peak hours.

Good crowd for shop near Baif Road... lots of families moving in so sales are decent. But delivery trucks get stuck in jams for hours... electricity also cuts off randomly during afternoon.

Morning walks are tough here... footpaths either broken or blocked by vegetable vendors. Dust is too much for breathing... better to stay inside society grounds only. Outside roads are just chaotic...

Come here often to meet friends... road condition is super rough and traffic near police station signal is always mess. But heaps of good dhabas and eateries on highway... food scene is actually chill.

Schools are super close by, barely 10 mins drive... that's biggest relief. Markets are right outside society gates too. Traffic is bad on weekends near market area... but overall decent locality to stay.

Prices here are reasonable... got flat for 45L recently. Rent demand is very high because of Kharadi techies... easy rental income every month. Infrastructure is messy... but ROI is solid FR.
