I’ve lived hehere for over fifteen years. The community is good and the RWA is proactive about security and waste management. We rarely face the water issues that newer sectors complain about. while parking can sometimes be a squeeze on the narrower streets, having a dedicated stilt area solves that. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood imo

the locality feels very safe and lived in. There are plenty of local grocery stores and pharmacies within walking distance. One downside is that the nearest metro station, HUDA City Centre is a solid 10 km away. You’ll definitely need your own bike or car to get around comfortabley

for an investor, the lack of immediate metro isn't a dealbreaker because the highway access is so dominant. I’ve noticed a trend of luxury developer projects moving in which signals a shift toward a higher-income demographic

internal lanes are usually quiet. I’m a big fan of the local market which has everything from hardware stores to tailors. It’s not a party zone so don't expect many high-end bars...

The parks are decent for a morning jog, though some interior roads need better maintenance. The air quality isn't the best during winter, but that’s Gurgaon for youu

Hero Honda chowk is easily accessible, simplifying the daily office commute to highway hubs. Local buses and shared autos are frequent on the main stretch. Peak hour traffic is the only delay.

Rents are reasonable but the houses in the inner lines are tightly packed. All basic grocery stores and medical shops are nearby. Water is supplied mostly in the mornings.

Walking is difficult because the inner streets are narrow and bikes zip past constantly. Proper footpaths are missing. Streetlights are dim in some colony corners.

Excellent location for bachelors. Plenty of budget tiffin centers, street food stalls, and photocopy shops around. Shared autos are easily available to go to the main roads.

The commercial footfall is good due to the dense residential population around here. MCG garbage pickup is regular. However, parking for customer cars is a big daily headache.

Power supply is stable with very few cuts compared to old sectors. The area is quite lively and feels safe for night walks. Regular supermarkets are right outside the lane.

Primary schools and basic clinics are within walking distance, saving daily transit times. The main roads get very congested in the evening, but internal blocks stay safer.

Finding car parking is an absolute nightmare in these narrow streets. I prefer taking an auto from the main signal. Drivers always demand extra fare to go deep inside.

High demand for rental rooms due to proximity to the industrial areas and main highways. Basic drainage works fine under normal conditions. Good value growth seen.

The area has become heavily congested over the years. Drains overflow on the roads even during moderate rainfall. Noise levels from moving commercial vehicles are high all day.
