राजीव गांधी इन्फोटेक पार्क, हिंजवडी येथे काम करणाऱ्या लोकांसाठी हे सर्वात सोयीस्कर ठिकाणांपैकी एक आहे. वाकड-हिंजवडी पुलावरून प्रवास केल्यास, शहराच्या काही जड वाहतुकीला टाळता येते आणि प्रवासाला साधारणपणे २०-३० मिनिटे लागतात. या भागात पीएमपीएमएल बसेसची सुविधा चांगली आहे. सध्याचे सर्वात जवळचे कार्यान्वित मेट्रो स्टेशन दापोडी किंवा वनाज येथे आहे . विस्डम वर्ल्ड स्कूल (वाकड), विद्या विनय निकेतन, आणि द ऑर्किड स्कूल (बाणेर) यांसारख्या प्रमुख शाळा खूप जवळ आहेत. ॲपल हॉस्पिटल आणि लाईफपॉईंट मल्टीस्पेशालिटी हॉस्पिटल सारखे स्थानिक पर्याय आपत्कालीन परिस्थिती हाताळतात. विशेष उपचारांसाठी, जुपिटर हॉस्पिटल (बाणेर) आणि मणिपाल हॉस्पिटल (बाणेर) अगदी जवळच्या अंतरावर आहेत.

I’ve been staying in Vishal Nagar for 8 months now. It’s a good fit if you’re working in Hinjewadi or Baner. Commute is manageable, especially with bike taxis. Plenty of small cafés and tea spots around. The lanes can get busy in the evenings, though. Grocery stores are walkable, and the area feels pretty safe even at night.

Vishal Nagar has grown steadily, mostly mid-rise apartments and builder floors. Prices have climbed quietly over the years. It's not high-end, but there's always someone looking to rent. Good for steady income, especially if you’re targeting young professionals.

I live in a rented 1 BHK here and walk to work in Balewadi. That’s a huge plus. The streets are narrow in parts and parking is always a bit of a struggle. But the convenience outweighs the cons. Also, a lot of new cafés are coming up here, which is nice.

Living in Vishal Nagar has been easygoing. The area has grown a lot, with new stores, pharmacies, and bakeries everywhere. Some bylanes are a bit crowded and garbage pickup isn’t always regular. Still, it’s peaceful inside the society and people are helpful.

I invested in a 2BHK here in 2017. The returns haven’t been explosive, but rental demand stays consistent due to IT folks working nearby. Location-wise, it sits neatly between Baner and Wakad.

I’ve been renting out my flat here for 6 years now. Never had it sit empty for more than a few weeks. IT crowd keeps the demand alive. The only thing I’d want improved is the streetlight situation in interior lanes.
