Owning property here has been a great experience. It’s a peaceful area with a lot of greenery. We’ve seen gradual development, but it’s still not too crowded. Perfect for a family home.

Living in Virar West has its own charm. We own a 2BHK, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I love the local markets and the fresh air compared to the city.

I visited a friend in Virar West last weekend. The area feels very peaceful compared to Mumbai’s crowded zones. There’s enough greenery, and it’s well-connected to the main city.

I’ve been renting in Virar West for a year now. It's a peaceful area with decent transport links to Mumbai. The rent is affordable, and amenities are getting better too.

I moved here recently for affordability and quiet surroundings. The commute can be long but the neighborhood is quite calm. Shopping and essentials are nearby, making life easier.

Virar West is a lovely area. It has all essentials nearby and it is quite safe too. Most apartment complexes have good security and CCTV. It is also very green as it has tree lined streets and many parks in every other block

The only problem with Virar West is it does not have metro. Transportation is only throgh autos and buses which are also not always reliable. But since this is a coastal area, the environment is pleasant and lively

Properties in virar is comparatively less pricy than other areas. But since it is close to beaches the demand is inevitably growing from past few years. It is a good place to live in

Virar has an extensive demand among families. it is also considered a tourist spot for many since there are many resorts and waterparks here. investing here is a wise decision

Renting here has been good so far. I like the green environment. apartments closer to the beaches are a bit high on rent and maintainence but anyway it is worth it for me
