Vidyapeeta Circle is a lively spot with that old Bangalore feel. Loads of shops, food joints, and easy access to buses and autos. Roads get a bit packed during rush hour, but everything you need is close by. It’s busy but safe, and great if you like staying close to everything.

found a small 1 bhk here and the rent is quite reasonable for such a central location. Safety was a big concern for me but the area is well-lit and I see police patrolling even late at night. There aren't many fancy pubs inside the layout, so I usually go to Jayanagar 4th Block

Good apartments here. a lot of my friends stay around so its a fun vibe..the lifestyle is simple and lacks the flashiness of posh areas but the peace of mind is worth it.

Our home is our pride, and the fact that we have consistent Kaveri water is a huge relief in Bangalore...we do face some issues with street parking because the roads weren't designed for everyone having two cars

The road conditions are generally good, although some parts near the market get a bit dusty. My office is in JP Nagar, and the commute is manageable

I keep a close eye on this area because the connectivity is solid and will boost prices. The infrastructure is already mature so there is no risk of waiting for basic facilities to arrive.

Decent area with good roads and clean streets. The metro station or bus stands are easy to reach. Rents are a bit high but completely worth it.

Decent area with good roads and clean streets. The metro station or bus stands are easy to reach. Rents are a bit high but completely worth it.

Too much crowd and no proper parking space anywhere. Footpaths are completely broken or blocked by shops. Moving around is tough.

The roads are very bad and full of potholes... During rains the whole area gets waterlogged... Getting an auto is total loot here...

Great place for families... Streets are safe even at night and streetlights work properly... Daily garbage pickup happens on time...

Area is okayish but traffic during peak hours is too much of a headache. Shops and markets are close by which is handy.

Living here is manageable. Main roads get crowded in evening but basic shops are close. Water timing is a small issue sometimes.

Very safe and quiet residential pocket. Water comes regularly in the mornings. Parking is also manageable compared to other busy areas.

Traffic is a permanent nightmare near Vidyapeeta Circle. Water supply is erratic and we have to rely on private tankers daily. Very frustrating.
