The flat I bough last year is rarely vacant and the area is safe becase the Mico Layoiut is nearby. Tenants areready to pay upto 35k per month around this area.
I’ve rented here for a year and the location is amazing. But it gets noisy at times and finding parking is a daily struggle.
The area is pretty good as it has a lot of shops, eateries! Public transport is not that great in the area.
