Living in Vichumbe has been peaceful. Rents are affordable, and grocery stores and clinics are accessible. Internal roads are decent, but street lighting is poor in some stretches. It's a good choice for families on a budget.

I own a 1BHK flat here. Bought it in 2017 when rates were low. Rents are steady, and I rarely see vacancy. Vichumbe’s growth has been slow but consistent. Water supply is decent, and security isn’t an issue but traffic congestion is a problem here

I stayed in Vichumbe for over a year. The surroundings are calm, and the neighborhood feels safe. There's a mix of new apartments and independent homes. Slightly away from the main Panvel market though.

Vichumbe is surprisingly calm for a Navi Mumbai suburb. I attended a housewarming here. Roads were clean, and you could hear birds chirping—rare in Mumbai. The roads are not in good conditions though, especially the inner land roads.

Living in my self-owned home in Vichumbe. The area is clean, and you get more space for the price. Schools and hospitals are accessible. Electricity is stable, but the area lacks recreational options and water supply is not regular.
