Public transport is good here through PMPML buses. Roads are decent but get minor waterlogging in monsoon. Basic shops and clinics close by, but traffic in evening is a real headache. Still, safety’s fine, neighbourhood’s friendly, and I love the local food stalls nearby.

I own a flat here. Decent build quality and spacious too. Local market is small but enough. I wish Pune‑Satara Road wasn’t always jam‑packed, though.

The locality is clean and a bit quieter than most parts in Pune. I like how everything’s around like schools, clinics and D‑Mart, all 2 km away.

I like the moderate pricing vs Kalyani Nagar. Good mix of residential and commercial spaces here so chances of appreciation is high. Cleanliness could improve, but long‑term fundamentals look solid.

It's a good value-for-money locality. Local markets are small but helpful. Noise from main road traffic is annoying, but overall, it's fine and safe.
