love the vibrant surroundings around here. you can walk to Sita Ram Diwan Chand for breakfast or head over to Connaught Place too easily...sad part is it gets pretty loud and dusty though because of the heavy traffic on the main roads nearby.

Rent is higher here because of the central location and being so close to Karol Bagh and CP makes everything more expensive than it should be.

The structure of buildings is solid but I have spent a fortune on modernizing the bathrooms and kitchen since the original fittings were ancient.

i hate that the air quality is rough due to all the buses and autos clogging up the narrow lanes outside our block every day.

The area is becoming a hub for coaching students and young doctors from MAMC which keeps the occupancy rates high year round. You just have to be prepared for the maintenance headaches that come with older construction
