Type 4 Block B Aram Bagh Delhi, Delhi is a residential locality in West Delhi, developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) as part of the planned Aram Bagh housing scheme established in the early 1980s. The area comprises multiple blocks with Type 4 being a mid-range residential configuration designed for middle-income families. Situated in the Patel Nagar constituency, this neighbourhood is characterised by tree-lined streets, a mix of independent houses and multi-storey apartments, and a strong community fabric typical of established Delhi colonies. Residents here include working professionals, small business owners, and families who value proximity to South Delhi's commercial hubs while maintaining a quieter residential environment. Key landmarks include the Aram Bagh Park, Sri Venkateswara Temple, and proximity to major arterial roads like Panchkuin Road and Ranjit Singh Road. The pincode of Type 4 Block B Aram Bagh Delhi, Delhi is 110023. The locality offers decent public transport connectivity and is increasingly attracting young professionals due to its central location and mature infrastructure.
Rent is higher here because of the central location and being so close to Karol Bagh and CP makes everything more expensive than it should be.
The structure of buildings is solid but I have spent a fortune on modernizing the bathrooms and kitchen since the original fittings were ancient.
i hate that the air quality is rough due to all the buses and autos clogging up the narrow lanes outside our block every day.
The area is becoming a hub for coaching students and young doctors from MAMC which keeps the occupancy rates high year round. You just have to be prepared for the maintenance headaches that come with older construction

love the vibrant surroundings around here. you can walk to Sita Ram Diwan Chand for breakfast or head over to Connaught Place too easily...sad part is it gets pretty loud and dusty though because of the heavy traffic on the main roads nearby.
