Turkapally is great for people working in the biotech or pharma industries. the area is surrounded by lots of biotech companies. It works for me as it is also close to the IKP Knowledge park. The rent is decent

The area has a quiet charm but there's no good entertainment or shopping option nearby. It feels very dull

Turkapally has mix of modern gated apartments and old village pockets. Commuting to key IT hubs is a problem and time consuming because of limited transport links. even the closest railway station is 20 km away

There are good social amenities nearby but the roads in some smaller lanes are rough. There is also no good cafes in the area

The turnover in Turkapally is slower. It is still behind the market in terms of retail, lifestyle zones, metro etc. That means the price growth has large upside if these gaps are filled. For me, patience is key.

Living here is peaceful. I enjoy my evening walks, and the lack of traffic is a blessing. The only thing is, you need your own vehicle to get around.

I’ve been staying in Turkapally for 8 months. The air is cleaner, and there’s less chaos. Feels like countryside living but with basic city amenities close by.
