It has good access to metro and airport. But traffic is high, especially during evenings. There are some street food outlets here which I love and a couple of small cafes to explore.

The area is fine and functional but there's no high-end modern amenities like cafes or recreational options. Noise pollution is also high. Not ideal for those looking for gated communities and greenery

It's a value for money place. Not too fancy or chaotic but a decent residential area which is safe too. Amenities are all within 1-2 km from here, like ATMs, banks, supermarkets, gyms, food stalls, etc.
