Connectivity to Satara Road and Market Yard is quite decent. However, poor street lighting and patchy road maintenance remain concerns.

We’ve been staying here on rent for over a year now. The location is close to Satara Road and offers good commute options. The area feels relatively safe, but there’s not much greenery around. Overall, it’s a decent place to live for the price.

I invested in a 2BHK unit here for rental purposes. The returns aren’t sky-high, but the occupancy is steady year-round. With more development happening nearby, I expect decent appreciation in the next few years. The only downside is limited civic amenities.
