I've been renting a 1BHK in Tukai Darshan for two years. The rent is affordable, and it’s easy to access public transport and nearby markets. However, the roads need better upkeep. Still, it's a good spot for budget living.

I’ve owned a 2BHK in Tukai Darshan for over six years and stay here with my family. The neighborhood is peaceful, and essential shops, schools, and clinics are all within walking distance. Connectivity to Satara Road and Market Yard is quite decent. However, poor street lighting and patchy road maintenance remain concerns.

We’ve been staying here on rent for over a year now. The location is close to Satara Road and offers good commute options. The area feels relatively safe, but there’s not much greenery around. Overall, it’s a decent place to live for the price.

I invested in a 2BHK unit here for rental purposes. The returns aren’t sky-high, but the occupancy is steady year-round. With more development happening nearby, I expect decent appreciation in the next few years. The only downside is limited civic amenities.

We bought our 2BHK flat in Tukai Darshan in 2018. It's a budget-friendly area with good rental demand and basic amenities around. Public transport is accessible. The only issue is occasional water supply inconsistency during peak summers.
