But you have to compromise on public transport and better own a vehicle. Plus, there's practically no social life here. No good cafes or malls to unwind

The area feels safe even late at night. There are security guards in most gated communities and good street lighting. Groceries and food deliveries are still limited so I mostly order online or have to drive far.

Gated societies here are very modern and feels peaceful. There are gardens, walking tracks, and supermarkets are also nearby. But for any medical emergenices, there are just a few clinics and pharmacies. No big hospitals, which is the only downside for us.

Good residential area and affordable flats. It also feels safe but commuting is a hassle because public transport is bad and finding autos is also tough and expensive too.
