Though there are ample treat in the vicinity of my home but the pollution can get intense sometimes, especially on days with high traffic. It occasionally affects my breathing.

I’ve been living in Sultanpur for a while now, and it’s a safe and green area with good connectivity. Everything I need is easily accessible, and it’s generally a peaceful place to live. I have no complaints so far.

I dont have any complaints about the city but the inner streets could use better management, especially with street lights and proper maintenance.

The biggest advantage of living here is the affordable rent but the downside is the irregular water supply, but it’s manageable. It’s also well-connected to malls, hospitals, etc.

It's a great place to live in, if you enjoy a quieter environment with good access to the city.

The rent here is cheaper compared to Hyderabad and it only takes around half and hour to reach my office. But finding a cab here is a big issue.

As a resident, I agree the area is well-connected and has good schools, hospitals, and malls nearby, but there are ocassional power cuts and water supply issues too.

The location is also very well connected to the city, which makes commuting super convenient. I haven't found anything negative so far.

Sultanpur is a great locality to own a property in. It’s safe, well-connected, and famous for its greenery. I haven't encountered any significant downsides, though I wish the local streets were a bit quieter.

Sultanpur is green and calm locality, very different from the busier Hyderabad pockets. Metro is under 2 km which is the main draw. Rents are reasonable for the space you get.

Sultanpur has a modern, low-density feel that is hard to find in Hyderabad at this price point. Good green cover, hospital nearby, ORR access for longer travel. Comfortable place to have bought into, area is developing well.

Patancheru Industrial Area and the Hafeezpet IT belt are reachable via ORR. Metro nearby helps for other commutes. Airport is far though, 58 km is a long haul on days when you need to travel. Vehicle is a must here.

Quiet and green, the area has a calm pace that suits daily life well. Some roads are still developing and water supply can be slightly patchy some months.

Good school nearby, open and not congested inside. Safe streets and decent green cover make it a comfortable place for kids. Sultanpur has a residential feel that genuinely suits family life without too much daily chaos.

Metro proximity and ORR access keep rental demand steady here. Entry prices are still reasonable and the North Hyderabad corridor keeps appreciating quietly. Not a flashy market but consistent occupancy and reliable long-term appreciation.

Easy via NH-65 or ORR. Calm and green once inside, very different from central Hyderabad. Nothing complicated about getting around here.

Narayana IIT JEE College is close to Sultanpur. It brings a lot of serious students to this area. Very quiet though, social scene is nonexistent inside the locality. Metro helps for getting out but food and entertainment options here are minimal at best.

in Sultanpur, ORR and NH-65 make movement easy on most days. Trade inside is modest given how low-density the area still is. Works for basic daily essentials but anything beyond that needs a more developed catchment area around it.

Peaceful mornings, good green cover, hospital close by. Very little noise or congestion to deal with through the day. Metro being nearby is useful even at this age. One of the more comfortable and calm pockets in North Hyderabad.
