New builders are coming up with compact apartments, which is attracting younger buyers. Just make sure the legal documentation is solid.

The local vibe is friendly, and essentials are always nearby. That said, the drainage and road conditions could be much better.

Rents are a little higher than neighboring localities, but the connectivity makes up for it. But there are no parks around and my kids are unable to play other than inside the house.

For me going to office is very easy as my house is around 200m away from the metro. Other things such as water supply, eletricity, etc. are all there and so are the grocery stores.

I bought a floor here a while back, and it’s been continuously rented. Families prefer it because of metro connectivity and nearby markets.

Subhash Nagar metro station on the Blue Line is walking distance. Getting around Delhi is no problem at all. Plenty of budget food options are right outside.

Parking your car is a daily nightmare here. People fight over inches of street space. The MS Block lanes are completely choked with parked vehicles and delivery vans.

The area feels totally safe for walking around even late. Markets are lively and doctors are available within 5 minutes. Excellent for keeping a family settled.

Traffic on Najafgarh Road is too heavy during morning hours. It takes forever to clear the signals. If you use the metro your life is sorted.

Everything you ever need is available within 200 meters. The local sweet shops and chaat stalls are amazing. It is crowded but life here is very easy.

The constant honking from bikes in the narrow residential lanes is unbearable. Garbage is often left dumped near corners for days. Walking peacefully is difficult here.

I come here often for shopping. The clothing stores and food spots are great but walking on the footpaths is tough. Autos overcharge visitors a lot.

The demand for independent floors never goes down here. It is a prime West Delhi spot. Renting out to young professionals is quick and fetches around 25k easily.

NGL the food joints around here are saving my life. Rents are a bit high but sharing with friends makes it manageable. Very lively place to live.

The commercial electricity bills are too high and loading stock is a pain because delivery trucks cannot enter the tight streets during daytime traffic hours.
