The colony has lts of places to east nearby but the roads are in bad condition and its dangerous to use them after rain.

I have been living here since my birth and the only issue that I have been seeing is the water problem duing summer.

This area offers strong returns but you need to be patient. The appreciation has been steady, though not as fast as some of the new areas.

I like living here because it’s family-friendly and safe. But the rents are definitely higher compared to nearby localities.
