Living in Siddharth Nagar, Bavdhan, is perfect for IT professionals working in nearby Hinjewadi or Baner. The location offers easy highway access, making the daily commute stress-free. With proximity to Chellaram Hospital and various supermarkets for daily needs, it provides a balanced lifestyle that combines work efficiency with residential comfort and convenience.

It is a peaceful community with access to excellent schools like New India School nearby. We appreciate the availability of local parks, grocery stores, and quality healthcare facilities, which make managing our children’s needs and our daily routine incredibly convenient and pleasant.

It is affordable and offers great connectivity to the city, including easy access to public transport for college. Having cafes, stationery shops, and essentials within walking distance makes it a practical and stress-free place to stay while focusing on academic goals.

Best part is its close to Pune airport..i am a frequent traveller and this really is a big upside...having said that, the rent is really high

Getting an auto is easy but the roads to Vishrantwadi are always jammed during office hours. It is a bit dusty because of all the new buildings coming up.

while it is close to posh areas, siddhartha nagar itself is still village-like..the traffic at the Dhanori Phata is my biggest grievance as it adds twenty minutes to any city trip. also the internal roads are better now but some parts still lack proper street lights at night.

quiet area and I love that the society has a decent gym and a walking track for my evening routines. The area feels very safe even when I get home late from work.

high-growth corridor because it is the most affordable entry point near Viman Nagar and Kharadi. I invested in a 2 bhk here and the rental yield has stayed around 4% .

Siddartha Nagar is a quiet pocket for the rent you pay here. Airport is barely 6 km which is genuinely useful. Dhanori Road keeps daily movement easy. Metro is far though, no vehicle means depending on autos and they are not always around.

Calm residential feel, not too commercialised yet which is what drew us here. Orchid Hospital is close for any medical need. Roads inside are decent and the lake area nearby is good for unwinding after a long day.

Siddartha Nagar is developing slowly but the basic things are in place. Water supply is slightly erratic some months. Dhanori Lake side is pleasant for mornings. Not a fully sorted locality yet but liveable and getting better gradually.

Army Institute of Technology and Ajeenkya DY Patil are both in the vicinity which makes this area practical for students. PG rents are reasonable. Food options are limited inside, Tingre Nagar or Viman Nagar is where most people head out.

Good school options nearby and the area has a relaxed pace that suits family life. Feels safe during the day and not too crowded. Could use a proper dedicated play area for kids closer inside the neighbourhood though.

Airport proximity and the IT park belt nearby keep rental demand steady in Siddartha Nagar. Tenants from the aviation and IT sectors prefer this stretch for the distance advantage. Still a developing market but appreciation has been consistent and vacancy stays low.

IT parks like Commerzone and EON Free Zone are reachable without too much pain on most days. Vishrantwadi Airport Road helps. Metro is too far for daily use though and autos play their own game with the fare here.

Mornings near Dhanori Lake are genuinely peaceful, not crowded and the air is still clean that early. Footpaths on a few inner stretches need attention. Having Orchid Hospital close by takes a lot of worry off the mind.

Easy enough to reach via Dhanori Road or Pune Alandi Road depending on where you are coming from. Calm area, not much congestion inside. Goodwill Square handles most quick needs. Feels like a locality still finding its feet but pleasant enough.

Porwal Sathe Wasti Road and Dhanori Road keep supply movement manageable. Inner lanes are narrow in stretches though and parking near the local market area gets tight during the day. Footfall inside is limited, mostly essential and daily-use trade.
