Rent is really cheap around here like 6k for a room. Mangolpuri bus depot is close so getting to work is easy. Area stays noisy till late night though and parking bike on main lane is always a headache.

Morning jam near Sher Singh Park red light towards Mangolpuri flyover is horrible daily. E-rickshaws block the main street completely and cars park on both sides of narrow lanes... takes 20 minutes just to cross 1 km.

TBH super cheap place to live for students. D-block market is nearby for budget food and auto to Peera Garhi metro station costs just 15 rupees. Streets are crowded but everything you need for daily life is within walking distance.

Local chemist shops and vegetable carts are right outside on the street. Footpaths are broken or occupied by vendors so walking in the evening is tricky. Area is calm in morning hours... water supply comes twice a day.

Open drains near internal lanes smell really bad during summer days. Garbage dump near park corner is rarely cleared on time by municipality workers. Water timing is fixed for 2 hours morning and evening... manage with tanks.

Daily customer walk-in is decent near Sher Singh Park market street. Main problem is zero parking space for customer cars or bikes. Delivery tempos get stuck in traffic jams in internal lanes all afternoon.

Everything for daily household stuff is available within 5 minutes walk. Mangolpuri bus terminal gives good direct bus routes. Main headache is dirty street corners and heavy dust from main road traffic... adjust somehow.

High rental demand from local factory workers and daily wage earners keeps flats occupied year round. Property rates near Sher Singh Park side are reasonable compared to Rohini side... good return on small investment.

Park area is okay to locate but parking a car here is almost impossible. Better to take an e-rickshaw from Madhuban Chowk or Peera Garhi. Area is very crowded and busy with local markets everywhere.

Local government and private schools are close by in C and D blocks. Small dispensaries and clinics are easy to reach on foot. Streets get very crowded with rickshaws so kids cannot play outside on roads safely.
