I moved to Shantinagar mainly because it’s not too far from Magarpatta where I work. The traffic in peak hours is a bit annoying. Rent is reasonable. There are a couple of gyms and a decent veg thali place I keep going back to.

The property prices are decent here. It has a steady rental demand due to nearby IT offices and colleges. Roads are okay but can be better. Water and electricity supply are regular.

The area is not too noisy and has good neighbours. I can go for morning walks in the nearby park. The roads get a bit muddy during monsoon. We have a hospital close by and some local markets that are very convenient.

Living here for 1.5 years now. I like the cafes near the main chowk, there's this small bakery that's my fav. I wish the roads were maintained better. The Mula River is also polluted giving off q bad smell.

We moved to Bavdhan but kept our Shantinagar flat for renting. It gets tenants fast because it’s affordable and near IT hubs. The society is old but still functional. Parking is a bit tight now with so many vehicles.
