There are a lot of large plots and the area is calm. Development in the area is not that great and roads are mostly dark after the evening.

I was there a few weeks back and though the area seems nice and good, the dark raods after sunset are dangerious.

It’s close to the airport, as I travel quite often but the locality is still developing, so don't expect many cafes or malls here.

I picked up a plot here because of the low entry cost. It’s not delivering huge returns yet, but there’s potential as development is slowly starting.
