I’ve been renting in Shahunagar for over a year now. Markets are nearby, but traffic gets bad during office hours.

Decent public transport and lots of food options. But parking is tough, and the rent is high.

Bought a 1 BHK for rental income. Demand is steady due to nearby MIDC areas. Rental yields are decent, but roads and water management could use some serious attention.

The area has improved a lot since we moved in. Water supply is regular but stray dogs are a concern in some lanes.

The area is very alive and has good food, but lacks modern cafes .
