Connectivity to Wazirabad and Bhajanpura has improved over the years. I do wish the MCD would fix the drainage system though as it overflows quickly during the monsoon season.

The locality is a bit crowded and loud during the day. You should definitely check the water quality before moving in because it varies.

the area is a high-density zone which guarantees a steady income for commercial and residential interest...plots are still affordable here than nearby areas..I have seen a lot of old houses being converted into four-story builder floors recently.

Lanes here are way too narrow and crowded, total jam everyday. Rent is cheap around 5k but getting an e-rickshaw inside the colony streets during morning office hours is a massive headache.

Everything for daily use is easily available right here. The local markets on the main Karawal Nagar road are just 5 minutes away, you get fresh vegetables and groceries at very low prices.

Travel to work is a big pain because the main junction near the Johripur road always crawls. Evening traffic is so bad it takes 30 minutes just to cover a small 1 km stretch.

The inner streets feel quite safe even around 9 PM because all the local shops stay open till late. There are plenty of budget friendly private schools within walking distance too.

Drainage is the biggest issue here... one heavy rain and the lanes turn into small rivers. The dirty water just blocks up and stands for days, making it impossible to walk anywhere.

Chemist shops and small clinics are close by, which is handy. But the noise from bikes constantly speeding through these tight streets makes sitting outside in the mornings very disturbing.

Parking a car here is a complete nightmare, NGL. The lanes are packed with bikes and stairs extending onto the road. Better to visit by auto or just leave your vehicle far away.

Land and floor prices are very low here compared to other Delhi areas, so the entry cost is less. Rental demand is always high because laborers and budget renters flock here.

Mobile data speed is very poor inside the deeper lanes, the network drops constantly. It is a big struggle when you are trying to study online or watch video lectures in your room.

Power cuts are very rare now, electricity supply is mostly sorted during the daytime. My shop runs without any expensive inverter backup, which saves me a lot of monthly running cost.

Renting here is very budget-friendly, and e-rickshaws to Johripur or Gokulpuri metro station are available easily. Internal roads are super narrow though, and finding space to park a bike in the lane is a daily headache.

Local markets for vegetables and daily groceries are right outside the door, which is very convenient. But traffic near Karawal Nagar main road junction gets completely choked during peak evening hours... dust levels are also high.

Basic private schools and local clinics are within walking distance, so routine errands are simple. Main issue is reckless two-wheeler traffic in tight alleys, so letting kids step outside without someone watching feels risky.

Pink Line metro connection via Gokulpuri or Johripur Enclave makes my office commute doable on a budget. E-rickshaws charge just 10 rupees. Only major headache is waterlogging in internal streets during heavy monsoon rains.

Garbage collection happens daily on main roads, but open corners in inner streets still get piles of trash by afternoon. Area is loud and densely populated, but overall connectivity towards Wazirabad road is helpful.

Morning time before 8 AM is fine for a quiet walk in local streets. Footpaths along main Karawal Nagar road are non-existent or blocked by shop stalls, making evening walks quite uncomfortable due to fast traffic.

Driving a car inside Shaheed Bhagat Singh Colony lanes is a huge mistake because double-parked vehicles block every turn. Best option is to park on the main road and head inside on foot.

Cheap flat and plot rates attract steady rental demand from factory workers and small families. Congested entry roads and slow drainage infrastructure keep property value appreciation a bit slow though.

Room rents and PG charges here are super cheap for students on a tight budget. Quick e-rickshaw ride connects straight to the metro station. Local street food stalls are very light on the wallet, totally sorted TBH.

Delivery tempos get stuck for hours trying to navigate narrow streets during daytime rush. Unloading stock near local shops is a daily struggle, though customer footfall from local residents stays consistently high.
