This is one of the most affordable localities in Delhi. the rent is much cheaper than Central Delhi, and all basic amenities are available like supermarkets, grocery shops. The weekend is not that vibrant here as there are not many cafes or shopping malls nearby.
I bought a 2 BHK here three years ago, and the prices have appreciated by 4% over the years. The area is still developing but the metro access within a kilometre is really helpful for people here. This has also generated good demand of the area.
We once visited the Cafe Brewtiful in this area, and really loved it. It's a small, cute cafe, perfect for brunch and evening hangout. The streets are well-lit during evenings and look vibrant too. I will definitely visit more cafes here in the future.
