I’ve been staying here for the last 9 months. Rents are very low compared to central Faridabad. I got a decent 2BHK builder floor. There are local shops nearby, but roads are narrow and crowded in some parts. For bachelors or small families, it’s manageable. Not fancy, but affordable.

Visited a relative recently. The area has local markets and small eateries. It’s a working-class area with lots of movement. Roads are not too clean, but people were friendly. Felt safe during the day.

Sehatpur is growing slowly. Lots of low-budget buyers and tenants here. Roads and public amenities need attention, but for long-term holding, it can work. There’s still scope for appreciation once better infrastructure comes up nearby.

Chose Sehatpur because of budget constraints. Area is more like a semi-urban locality. Some parts are very peaceful, others quite busy. The vibe is okay for working professionals if you don’t mind basic infrastructure.

I’ve been here since 2011. Sehatpur has grown a lot – more houses, more shops, and better phone networks. Still, drainage and road work are slow. The community is simple, mostly local families. My kids go to a nearby school and we manage fine.
