Pahladpur Sector 80 is a developing residential locality in Greater Faridabad, Haryana, with pin code 121101. It is situated near sub-localities like Sector 81, Sector 79, and Badauli Village. The neighbourhood is family-friendly and sits close to Delhi Public School Greater Faridabad, Emerald Convent School, and Accord Superspeciality Hospital. Residents enjoy a peaceful vibe with local parks and proximity to the Omaxe World Street shopping hub. Bata Chowk Metro Station on the Violet Line is approximately 4 km away. In 2026, property rates averaged Rs. 9,950 per sq. ft. for 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. The area features high-rise societies like BPTP Discovery Park and independent builder floors with strong rental demand.
rent is way lower than the established sectors in main Faridabad. I live in a highrise apartment and the society feels like a small town with its own parks and gym.
the biggest headache as an owner is the slow pace of road development outside our society gates. While our internal society roads are great the sector roads are often broken and full of potholes. It makes the daily school run a struggle...
For me the main problem is the lack of metro..the nearest is bata chowk which is again 4 km..raching there only will take 20-30 mins.. so i have to rely on autos and buses
Good for long term hold..don't expect quick returns as infratsurtucre is still catching up. there are road conditions and traffic issues..
Calm locality with a settled feel, not too chaotic for a developing sector. Roads are decent inside, the central park is good for mornings. Accord Hospital being close is a genuine comfort. Happy with the decision to buy here.
Metro is 4 km out, manageable by auto on most days. DLF Industrial Area commute is fine from here. Getting to Jasola or beyond takes longer though, fully depends on how the bypass is moving that particular morning.
Still a developing stretch so dust from nearby construction sites is a regular irritant. Some internal roads feel unfinished. Quieter than central Faridabad though, and that counts for something. Area is slowly coming together, just taking its time.
Quiet area, rents are fair for what you get compared to nearby sectors. Not too congested which is a plus. Sarvodaya Chowk bus stop is close enough for daily use but own vehicle makes things much easier here.
Good schools close by was the main reason to settle here. The locality feels safe during the day and the central park gives kids somewhere to go in the evenings. Overall a comfortable family pocket, no major complaints.
Morning walks in the central park are peaceful, barely anyone around that early. Footpaths are decent in most stretches. Having a good hospital nearby takes a lot of worry away. The area stays quiet through the day which is all you need.
Steady rental demand from families, especially because of the schools nearby. Vacancy periods stay short. Neharpar corridor appreciates slowly but consistently. Not a quick-flip market by any means, but suits a buy-and-hold approach well enough.
Calm and easy to move around once you're inside the sector. Getting here without a vehicle takes some effort though, public transport options are thin inside. Omaxe World Street is handy when you need to pick something up.
Engineering college close by is the main draw for students in this area. PG options exist but are limited. Food scene inside is very basic, anything decent means going further out. A bike is not optional here, it's essential.
Bypass road access keeps deliveries moving on most days and inner roads handle smaller vehicles fine. Walk-in footfall inside the sector is limited though. Not the kind of area that drives organic customer traffic on its own.
