My biggest challenge is the commute. The nearest metro is Samaypur badli, which is quite far so I usually take a bus or shared auto first. That makes daily travel to central Delhi pretty tiring.

Good area in general. There are tall apartment blocks with big open parking areas and internal roads. But in our block only a handful of families actually live here, so evenings feel unusually quiet.

Since some buildings still have many vacant flats, the societies feel deserted at night. So we kind of keep pushing for better lighting and security patrols.

Sector A9 is quiet and safe. i love the wider roads and less crowd here.

Right now, its a low entry price area with decent value but there's talk about better transport and metro expansion toward Narela which could significantly improve connectivity if it happens.
