Sector 93 is a nice area if you want to live close to major tech parks. But the dining and cafe options are limited here. There are just a few malls nearby.

The locality feels very pleasant especially if you live inside a complex or society. There are many parks in nearby regions but the area itself lacks green spaces and sometimes feels congested due to overcrowding

Living here is a bliss. Our house is close to the cenral park so it feels vibrant once we step out. Many kids and neighbors are around which makes it feel very lively

From an investor's lens, there are many things good about the locality. The transportation and social amenities are great which most families look for in a locality. Safety wise also, it is good. But some blocks need better waste management and wider roads. Noise pollution is also increasing due to constant construction activities

Sector 93 is a great area. So many affordable flats are here and it's also close to metro. My office isn't too far either. It's safe and convenient too
