I live in Kendriya Vihar II, which is a large society primarily for government employees. The area is very peaceful, green, and secure. It is a very comfortable and convenient place for families. There are parks and basic shops within the society.

Sector 82 is an excellent investment because it offers a wide range of properties. You will get affordable EWS flats as well as high-end duplex villas. This attracts tenants and buyers. The locality sees high demand and has a good potential for rental yield.

My office is in the Noida Special Economic Zone, and living here is a huge advantage. The NSEZ metro station on the Aqua Line is just a 5-7 minutes of ride away. The rent for my 2BHK is also quite reasonable.

It is close to good schools like Somerville International School. The area has several parks like Sector 82 Park, which is great for the kids. It has a very family-friendly environment.

The location and the commute options are great. But, the sector faces problems with waterlogging during the rainy season. The Dadri Main Road also needs better maintenance.
