Lovely area for a peaceful and social lifestyle. so many cafes and restaurants around it feels vibrant..its also full of greenery

Close to the IGI Airport so def the investment potential keeps rising up..rental yields are solid, especially for 2 bhk and 3 bhks. You can easily expect a 3-4% annual return on rent

The neighborhood is mostly families, so it stays quiet after 10 PM. I love being close to the mall for weekend movies. water supply is sometimes an issue but manageable

The main issue for us owners is the slow maintenance of street lights and inner roads. While the main stretches are fine, some colony lanes get messy after the monsoon.

Sector 8 feels safe to live in. apartments are tight of security and a lot of families here so it has a sense of community too.. a bit pricey on rent but safety comes first so..
