As a tenant I feel Sector 77 feels really convenient. The metro and main roads make commuting simple, and most societies here are modern and comfortable. Daily needs like groceries, clinics, and schools are close by, so nothing feels far. The area is peaceful and safe for families.

Moved into a rented apartment here earlier this year. The rent was slightly higher than Sector 76, but the quieter surroundings and nearby grocery stores made the extra cost feel reasonable.

Bought our apartment here about eight years ago, and I'm still happy with that decision. The locality has matured nicely, and homes in our society rarely stay vacant for long when someone moves out.

Every morning I drop my daughter at Kothari International School, and the drive usually takes less than 10 minutes. That has made our weekday routine much easier than when we lived farther away.

If I don't leave before 8:30, Vikas Marg gets packed with office traffic. The distance isn't much, but those extra signals can easily add 15-20 minutes to my commute...

Been living here since 2012, and one thing I've noticed is that the internal roads stay relatively calm even during busy evenings. It's one of the reasons I never felt the need to relocate.

Last year I needed regular follow-ups at NEO Hospital, and having it so close made things much easier for my family. We didn't have to travel across Noida for every appointment.

I visit my cousin almost every Sunday. The sector itself is easy to get around, but parking near Spectrum Metro Mall gets difficult during weekends... I usually park a little farther away.
