Been here 2 years. Great for IT folks. My office in Sector 62 is just 15 mins. Metro connectivity is good via Noida City Centre. Roads are smooth. Safe area, even for girls walking alone. Rent is reasonable. Only parking gets tight during festivals.

Sector 75 is not too crowded but has all the facilities. It is close to the Spectrum Metro Mall and Medanta Super Speciality Hospital. For safety, the police patrol the area. It has wide roads with adequate parking.

The area has decent connectivity with buses, autos and Sector 50 Metro Station. There are malls like Shopprix Mall. Traffic gets heavy during rush hours.

The area gets good rental demand from IT professionals. It is close to Sector 50 metro. Good schools like LPS Global School Noida and The M.B. Generation School are nearby.

There are good restaurants from Dominos to local dhabas. You will get nice parks for walks and multiple small temples. Commute to CP takes 45 mins. Gets waterlogged in heavy rains. Limited nightlife options.
