Sector 12 has more of an end user appeal than quick returns. the flats are affordbale so vacancy rates are usually low so rental demand stays good.

I am stayin in an apartment near the DDA Park. I love the trees surrounding the flat, but the park is not maintained properly. litters everywhere and the walking paths are patchy and not comfortable

Sector 12 Dwarka is a solid area to settle in. It has malls like city centre and popular food outlets like Haldiram's. I love the inner colonies mainy because they're less dusty but still the pollution is getting a big concern lately

The locality is safe and livable and I think what makes it more desirable is the metro access and lots of malls and hospitals nearby. Transport is okay but autos charge a lot for few kms.

There are many DDA flats here and theyre very spacious and comfortable. metro is also close by so connectivity is good. I only feel the parking can be a bit challenging in some parts
