Living here 2 years. Perfect for IT folks. Sector 62 office is just 8 mins away. Sector 62 Metro Station is walkable. It has good road connectivity.

The location is strategic with metro connectivity at Sector 62 Metro Station. It is close to major IT hubs. The rental demand is consistently high from IT professionals. The sector is fully developed and has an excellent infrastructure, including wide roads, proper drainage, and reliable utilities.

Decent place but overpriced for what it offers. There are some good malls like North India Mall, but they get too congested at weekends. Traffic jams are common on the main road during office hours.

Sector 65 is good for working people. The metro connectivity is convenient. There are some nice parks for jogging. Still, it feels like that some internal roads need repair.

The area has good schools like Noida Global School. It is also close to Max Shopprix Mall and North India Mall.

its not completely residential so i have rented a room near the commercial blocks to be close to my digital marketing firm..housing options are rare

the security in the sector has improved with better police patrolling along the main roads at night. It is an incredibly profitable property to hold for commercial value..

the traffic and noise here is annoying..there are no proper municipal parks or public libraries for the elderly
